The railing blocks first base a bit, I'd rather sit a couple of seats in.
Front row; the railing at the end of the aisle is slightly in the way, but it's easy to lean forward or stand up and see around it.

Okay view of the infield, though far away. Left field is blocked and aisle traffic would likely be annoying in a full stadium.

Seats 1-5 in this row have an obstructed view of home plate, this is the first one with a clear view. Pretty high up. 2026 WBC.
Not a good seat if you want to be able to see home plate! 2026 WBC.
Enough space for people to move around, basic foods, a lot of amazing energy, and very easy parking situation (with ev parking!) any view is good.
