ParadeGreat seat location. Perfect distance to stage. Sound great. Gave 4/5 because seat was uncomfortably hard and minimal leg room. My 6'1 hubby was very cramped. I do prefer lower balcony row G but these seats are my next choice.Orchestra Csection22row107-110seat

SixMy seat was comfy. I had a decent view. I gave my seat 4/5 because even though I was close I had to maneuver my head at times to see because this theatres floors are not sloped well. I would suggest orch LorR, row 1 if you need great leg room or Balcony row 1 for a great view.Orchestra Lsection12row22seat

Bob Dylan movieAuditorium 1 has 400 seats. All seats are open seating, have great view with great sound. Best seats IMO are center section, Rows 4-6 (from top) center seats 5-8 (from aisle) family of four. Aud 2&3 are stadium seating and open seating as well.Middlesection6row6seat

A Complete Unknown (Bob Dylan movie)This nostalgic movie theatre built in the 1930’s is a fabulous house to watch movies. There are three theaters. Aud 1 has 400 seats. IMO 5-6 rows from the top center are the best seats. Thus aud is not friendly for those with mobility issues. Sound is great as well as comfy seats. Aud 2&3 have around 13O seats but are not as comfortable. It’s stadium seating with ample leg room and great sound. Also, there are to wonderful restaurants attached to the building.OpensectionOpenrowOpenseat

The NutcrackerThis is a fantastic seat. We were seated in the first row of Lower Balcony, Row G, seats 138-139. The view was fabulous and not obstructed by the railing. The seat was comfortable, great sound, and lots of leg room. It’s not quite center but darn close.Lower BalconysectionGrow139seat
