David Koch Theater
Great view from the center of the last row of the balcony.
Really good seat at a good value. The balcony has great sound but you are a bit far away. Bring opera glasses/binocs if you want to be able to see close-ups of the singers.
Dead center, with subtitles. Nice view. Bring your opera glasses!
Excellent view. There is a bar, but I'm short, and it wasn't in my way.
OK seat, but railing obstructs view of lower stage unless you lean forward. Would choose Row B or C
Up a little high but can see everything. Bring opera glasses.
Side view from seat.
Seat looks better than it was. But it wasn't God awful for balcony
Sitting in chair normally
Front Row of Balcony, 3 seats off center aisle. Fantastic seat.
Great seats. View of complete stage and acoustics fine.
Seats are partially obstructed by the railings. View is ok with opera glasses but would be better off in the center or at least up a few rows.
Good views from this seat, but the top of the stage is blocked. First row of Family Circle. Not an aisle seat, but there's no seat to your right, and there's some space for a bag or jacket.
Extra leg room
View from very rear center of house.
Cheap seat, partial view. You have to lean WAY over the rail to see anything and then you can't look at the subtitle screen that's in front of the seat.
Private & can see all. A view of the orchestra below is a plus
Great seat. Could see everything perfectly.
1st row, dead center, Grand Tier Seats: 4.75/5. I docked .25 of a point because I needed binoculars to see more of their facial expressions, but that may be a personal choice/might need new glasses issue. Overall I was very happy with the location & price.
The seats were staggered so unless the person seated in front was over 6 ft tall, the view wouldn't have been obstructed. The floor slanted downwards toward the stage so that helped the visual span. A bit far but facial expressions were still clear/isible.
American Ballet Theatre
Pro: Very close! Con: because of the way the stage is set, partial view: I could not see action happening on the left side of certain scenes. Might be full view for other shows depending on how they set the stage.
Decent view but the seats aren't very raked in the orchestra so you could get unlucky re: whoever's seated in front
Perfect view of the stage, but in my opinion ballet is best viewed from above to see the choreography better. I recommend the grand tier or dress circle.
AWESOME seat! Great view of the stage/singers and fantastic sound. There's also about a 6-8" gap between this seat and the one to the right so you get a little extra space and your own armrest on that side.
The view was adequate, however, the seats were pretty tight fitting, with minimal room in front of your knees.
Nice view. Right in the centre
Comfortable seats with good legroom. Most of the stage is visible. Overhang blocks the sound a bit.
ABT Swan Lake: Close to stage with decent view but lots of heads to look through. I prefer watching dance from the upper levels.
Amazing seats to my very first opera! Seriously go see this right now.
Good view of stage and orchestra
Amazing box seats to this amazing trio of one act operas!
